    Job Summary

    We are looking for an experienced **Fabricator** with strong **TIG welding skills** to join our team. This position involves precision metal fabrication, reading blueprints, and producing high-quality components.     Responsibilities

    + Perform TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel.

    + Fabricate parts according to blueprints and specifications.

    + Operate fabrication tools (grinders, saws, presses).

    + Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality.

    + Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

    Requirements

    + **2+ years of TIG welding experience** in a fabrication setting.

    + Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and welding symbols.

    + Knowledge of metal properties and fabrication techniques.

    + Experience with MIG or Stick welding is a plus.

    + Ability to lift (insert weight) and stand for extended periods.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + AWS certification or equivalent.

    + Experience with custom fabrication or CNC equipment.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rockton, IL.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
