    First Shift Opportunity

     

    Pay: $18/hr

    Job Description

    The Shipping and Receiving Warehouse candidate will primarily work in the warehouse area, which is not climate controlled. However, they will occasionally work in the climate-controlled shop. The candidate will be responsible for shipping and receiving products, utilizing UPS and FedEx shipping systems, and unloading trucks using both sit-down and stand-up forklifts.

    Responsibilities

    + Ship out products and receive incoming shipments.

    + Utilize UPS and FedEx shipping systems efficiently.

    + Unload trucks using sit-down and stand-up forklifts.

    + Assemble pre-fabricated crates using a screwdriver for larger products.

    + Make local deliveries or pick-ups as needed.

    + Receive and inspect inbound shipments, ensuring proper handoff.

    + Order and stock shipping supplies.

    + Keep the sales team informed about the status of orders in shipping.

    + Answer phone calls and emails promptly.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with sit-down and stand-up forklifts.

    + Strong computer literacy.

    + Valid driver's license.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Forklift operation experience.

    + Proficiency in using hand tools for assembly.

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment consists of a team-oriented setting with approximately 80-85 total employees. The facility is clean, quiet, well-lit, and climate-controlled, enhancing comfort during work hours. The role involves flexibility, with tasks ranging from office work to floor work, depending on job requirements and situations. The facility houses both new and older manual and conversational machines in a climate-controlled machine shop

    This is a Permanent position based out of Dover, PA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $31200.00 - $41600.00/yr.
