Job Title: 1st Shift Machine Operator** **Job Description

As a valued member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in producing high-quality products and services for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing parts for furnace operations, monitoring furnace performance, loading and unloading the furnace, and ensuring the highest level of quality is consistently achieved. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient work area, setting up and monitoring production, and actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, production, and quality.

Responsibilities

+ Prepare parts for furnace operation.

+ Monitor furnace performance closely.

+ Load and unload the furnace efficiently.

+ Ensure the production of high-quality products.

+ Maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

+ Set up and monitor production processes.

+ Participate actively in continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, production, and quality.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in machine operating and injection molding.

+ Previous machining experience.

+ Strong technical skills and ability to operate machinery and equipment.

+ Ability to lift 30 pounds on a regular basis.

Work Environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pecatonica, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
