    Washout Laborer — $16-18/hr WEEKLY PAY!

    Position Overview

    We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Washout Laborer to join our team. Candidates with at least 6 months of experience in the oil and gas industry are preferred, but we are open to training motivated individuals. Working **12‑hour shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM** on a **4 days on / 4 days off** rotation.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Perform pressure washing inside water trucks containing mixtures such as oil, dirty water, oil‑based mud, and concrete with brine water.

    + Work in confined spaces for extended periods; some washouts may take over an hour.

    + Enter trucks through rear or top manholes and navigate internal baffles safely.

    + Complete additional labor tasks including shoveling, squeegeeing, cleaning, and vacuuming waste.

    + Operate various hand and power tools as needed.

    + Work outdoors in all weather conditions; washout areas are not climate‑controlled. Proper layering under FR jumpsuits is recommended.

    Essential Skills & Requirements

    + Understanding of construction tools and machinery, including basic maintenance.

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks such as standing, walking, carrying, pushing, pulling, and repetitive hand movements.

    + Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.

    + High attention to detail with a strong commitment to safety.

    + Effective verbal and written communication skills.

    + Ability to work well within a team.

    + High school diploma or GED required.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Experience in the energy or construction industries.

    + Experience in general labor or equipment operation.

    + Familiarity with tank cleaning and confined‑space work.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
