Description
We are seeking a dedicated Operations Support & Inventory Coordinator to provide critical support to our team. In this role, you will be responsible for customer service, administrative tasks, and managing shipping, receiving, and inventory functions. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Respond to customer calls and emails, creating new cases as needed
+ Process invoices promptly and accurately
+ Provide operational and administrative support for assigned departments
+ Update customer records and perform general administrative duties
+ Follow up on action items and escalate cases to the appropriate team members when necessary
+ Enter order details accurately into the computer system
+ Label packages with all necessary information
+ Verify documentation for accuracy prior to shipping
+ Pack items for shipment according to protocol
+ Monitor inventory levels and place orders to replenish stock as needed

Requirements
+ Previous experience in operations support, customer service, or inventory/shipping roles preferred
+ Strong organizational and administrative skills
+ Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
