Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Newport Beach, California. In this role, you will oversee key purchasing and accounts payable functions, ensuring accurate processing and vendor management. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to financial operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable transactions, including coding invoices and reconciling purchase orders.

• Manage purchasing activities by receiving orders from clinics and placing them at the corporate level.

• Perform three-way matching for invoices, purchase orders, and receipts to ensure accuracy.

• Set up and maintain vendor accounts, including transitioning vendors from acquired companies.

• Utilize NetSuite and Tipalti systems to support accounts payable processes.

• Conduct ACH payments and check runs efficiently while adhering to company policies.

• Assist with financial reporting by using pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions in Excel.

• Collaborate with internal teams to address discrepancies and resolve payment issues.

• Ensure compliance with established procedures and deadlines during busy financial periods. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts payable, including invoice coding and account reconciliation.

• Familiarity with purchasing functions and working with purchase orders.

• Proficiency in three-way matching for invoices, purchase orders, and receipts.

• Experience with vendor account setup and management.

• Knowledge of NetSuite and Tipalti systems is highly preferred.

• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.

• Ability to handle high-volume transactions during peak periods.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
