    About the Role

     

    As a Staff Accountant in Robert Half’s Full Time Engagement Professionals practice, you will be a full time W2 employee supporting client accounting teams through onsite, project based assignments. These engagements may include coverage during peak workloads, system transitions, clean up initiatives, or ongoing operational support.

     

    FTEPs are employed by Robert Half and deployed to client sites where their skills are needed, with the stability of full time employment and benefits between assignments.

     

    This role is hands on and execution focused, supporting established teams and processes in real time.

     

    What You Will Do

     

    Provide onsite accounting support to client teams

     

    Assist with month end close activities and reconciliations

     

    Process accounts payable and accounts receivable

     

    Prepare journal entries and perform account analysis

     

    Support inventory, purchasing, or procurement related accounting work as needed

     

    Execute work within established client processes and timelines

     

    Learn and adapt to different accounting systems and environments

    Requirements

    What We Are Looking For

     

    Two to seven years of accounting experience

     

    Background in corporate or operational accounting environments

     

    Strong fundamentals in AP, AR, reconciliations, and close support

     

    Comfort working onsite and collaborating with in person teams

     

    Strong Excel skills including lookups and pivot tables

     

    Experience with systems such as QuickBooks, SAP, Workday, NetSuite, or similar

     

    Reliable, organized, and execution focused
