In this critical role, you will own the end-to-end talent acquisition process, partnering closely with stakeholders to ensure a robust workforce pipeline and a seamless candidate experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

+ Design and deliver comprehensive, scalable talent acquisition strategies that support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) goals across sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding programs.

+ Lead full-cycle recruitment for all roles, with emphasis on clinical hiring (physicians, PAs, NPs, therapists, etc.), ensuring effective talent identification and engagement.

+ Develop and nurture relationships with colleges, universities, and community partners to proactively source and build candidate pipelines.

+ Oversee provider employment agreements and facilitate the visa process for clinical hires, working cross-functionally with legal teams.

+ Collaborate with marketing and communications to shape compelling employer branding and recruitment campaigns.

+ Guide, mentor, and manage a Talent HR Specialist.

+ Analyze and report on recruitment data and metrics, providing actionable insights and recommending process improvements.

+ Conduct exit interviews and contribute to retention efforts by identifying trends and supporting staff transition initiatives.

+ Attend operational meetings and recruitment events; some overnight travel to represent the organization may be required.

+ Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and ADA requirements in partnership with hiring managers and leadership.

+ Foster an outstanding candidate experience and streamline recruitment processes using best-in-class technology and practices.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar field; advanced degree or HR certifications (PHR/SPHR) are a plus.

+ 5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, with substantial expertise in healthcare recruitment highly preferred.

+ Demonstrated experience designing and implementing diversity-focused recruitment strategies.

+ Deep knowledge of employment law and best practices for clinical and non-clinical hiring.

+ Skilled relationship builder; proven ability to partner with internal stakeholders, educational institutions, and community organizations.

+ Experienced with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and digital recruitment tools.

+ Excellent communication, project management, and data analysis skills.

+ Willingness to travel as needed and to participate in onsite operational meetings.
