Responsibilities
_**This internship will start in late January 2026**_
What You'll Get To Do:
We are seeking a Brand Communications Intern to support influencer marketing, content management, PR initiatives, and on-site brand activations. This role is ideal for a student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field who is looking for hands-on experience in a collaborative marketing environment
Key Responsibilities
+ Support media, creator and influencer relations by maintaining accurate records, tracking shipments, and preparing reports for ongoing and strategic influencer seeding programs
+ Collaborate with the Social Media Specialist to execute always-on and larger-scale product seeding initiatives that support brand storytelling and campaign goals
+ Maintain product sample closet inventories
+ Manage and organize internal content libraries, ensuring files are properly named, stored, and easily accessible for both internal teams and external partners
+ Upload and maintain up-to-date content across retail and e-commerce platforms to ensure brand consistency and accuracy
+ Assist with on-site brand events throughout the year, serving as a brand ambassador during event setup and engaging with consumers by guiding them through product experiences (overnight travel may be required)
+ Provide support for light image and video editing to prepare content for internal use, social media, or retail platforms
Program Requirement(s):
+ Must be currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree throughout the entirety of the internship.
Qualifications
What You'll Bring:
+ Currently pursuing a bachelor's or Master's degree in a Marketing, PR, Communications, or related program
+ Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and/or Adobe Rush)
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
+ Ability to work on-site in Newark, NJ two days per week
+ Willingness to travel overnight as needed for events
