    _Who we are looking for_

     

    _Toyota Financial Services’ Treasury Systems Team is seeking a passionate and highly motivated Manager, Treasury Systems and Processes. In this pivotal role, you will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of treasury systems and strategic projects that drive operational excellence and financial innovation. Reporting to the National Manager Treasury Systems and Processes, you will play a key role in advancing Toyota Financial Services’ mission to optimize liquidity management and support business growth through cutting-edge technology and process enhancements._

     

    _What you‘ll be doing_

     

    _Imagine a typical day where you are at the forefront of transforming treasury by managing complex systems and leading cross-functional projects that deliver measurable business impact. Success in this role means ensuring treasury systems are robust, efficient, and aligned with evolving business needs, while fostering collaboration across teams to innovate and streamline processes._

     

    + _Own the end-to-end management and enhancement of treasury systems, ensuring they meet business requirements and regulatory standards._

    + _Lead strategic treasury projects from conception through execution, driving timely delivery and stakeholder alignment._

    + _Collaborate closely with IT, finance, and business partners to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements._

    + _Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to optimize system performance and support._

    + _Provide expert guidance and training to treasury team members on system functionalities and best practices._

    + _Monitor system performance metrics and implement solutions to enhance reliability and user experience._

    + _Champion continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, reduce risk, and support Toyota Financial Services’ financial objectives._

     

    _What you bring_

    _We value the skills and experiences that will set you up for success in this role:_

    + _Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field that provides a solid foundation for treasury and systems management._

    + _10+ years of progressive experience in treasury operations, financial systems management, or project leadership within a financial services environment._

    + _Proven track record managing treasury or financial systems implementations and upgrades._

    + _Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results on time._

    + _Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to translate business needs into technical solutions._

    + _Effective communication and leadership skills to engage stakeholders at all levels and foster collaboration._

    + _Proficiency with treasury management systems, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite._

    + _Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s in Finance, or related) that deepens your expertise in treasury management or financial technology._

    + _Extra years of experience leading large-scale treasury or financial system projects._

    + _Specialized certifications such as Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)_

    + _Experience working in a highly regulated financial services environment._

    + _Knowledge of emerging treasury technologies and digital transformation trends._
