About the Role:
Liquid I.V. is looking for a motivated, fast thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our Operations Department as a Logistics Coordinator. This role will support the Logistics and Distribution Team through ownership of shipments from pick-up to delivery, serving as the main point of contact for shipments within the Liquid I.V. manufacturing network. The right candidate is expected to grow into a subject matter expert, excel in bringing visibility and driving change in the L&D team, and passing their knowledge to other participants in the broader supply chain team.
Functions and duties of this role include, but not limited to:
+ Coordinate cost effective shipments on a daily basis from manufacturers to distribution centers.
+ Collaborate with members of the Supply Planning, Materials and suppliers to ensure inventory is in the right place at the right time
+ Track and update on shipments in-transit and continuously update methods for doing so
+ Collaborate with suppliers and distribution centers to resolve issues and provide best-in-class service and visibility to that service
+ Partner with team members from Sales, Marketing and Order Management to coordinate sample and activation shipments as needed.
+ Measure KPI’s for carrier and 3PM/L performance and develop solutions for areas of weakness
+ Collaborate closely with accounting to resolve shipment discrepancies.
+ Serve as main point of contact for shipper and receiver for inbound freight shipments
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in business - Supply Chain, Operations, Economics, or any other business-related field)
+ 0-3 years’ experience
+ ERP experience, a plus
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
+ Comfortable working in a diverse and fast-paced environment
+ Willingness to adapt and grow career and flex with new challenges or changes
+ Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or other data analysis/presentation toolsets
+ Demonstrated ability of effective communication skills, including writing, speaking and interpersonal communication.
+ Ability to prepare reports that involve presenting data with charts, graphs, and other tools
+ Quick learner – not afraid of testing new programs, ways of working, or strategy. Constant seeker of untapped knowledge.

The expected salary range for this position is $64,000 - $93,600 annually and is bonus eligible. The exact salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal company equity, and budget. The listed range is applicable only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or applicable bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package.
