Job Description:
The Configuration Audit Team Lead provides leadership and direction to the configuration auditing team. The primary responsibility is to deliver side-by-side training and ongoing development for new configuration auditors. Additional duties include assisting management with audit reviews, representing configuration auditing in meetings, and participating in projects as needed.
This role functions as a technical specialist for configuration auditing and handles complex cases when required. The Team Lead maintains communication with the configuration team to ensure all cases meet SLA requirements. Responsibilities also include triaging complex inquiries related to configuration work requests, consulting with team members to ensure consistency, and providing guidance on questions. The Team Lead will identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
Education & Experience:
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
+ 3–5 years of configuration auditing experience in healthcare
Skills & Qualifications:
+ Experience with system configuration and provider contracts
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Access for reporting, development, and analysis
