• Agile Project Manager

    TEKsystems (Fort Mill, SC)


    Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead and deliver complex projects within an Agile environment. This role requires experience in project management, Agile methodologies, and hands-on experience with Jira and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with exceptional communication and critical thinking skills.

    Responsibilities:

    + Drive end-to-end project delivery using Agile principles.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of deliverables.

    + Manage project scope, timelines, and resources effectively.

    + Utilize Jira for tracking, reporting, and workflow management.

    + Oversee infrastructure-related initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.

    + Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).

    + Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies proactively.

    Required Skills:

    + Project Management – Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    + Agile Expertise – Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and best practices.

    + Jira – Hands-on experience with Jira for project tracking and reporting.

    + Infrastructure Knowledge – Familiarity with infrastructure projects and dependencies.

    This is a Contract position based out of Fort Mill, SC.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $72.00/hr.
