Description

The immediate need is for a Product Manager/Project Manager for 1-2 years, with a 40/60 split leaning towards product management.

Key Responsibilities: This role will involve owning the product roadmap, prioritizing the backlog, delivering an MVP, managing budgets and invoicing, and driving various initiatives.

Required Experience:

-Candidates should have 5+ years in product management (most recent experience), in health technology, experience with multi-stakeholder products, backlog/change management, executive facilitation, and strong experience with data, AI, analytics, and data governance (responsible AI).

-Must have Healthcare experience

-Must have provider technology experience (EHR/EMR)

Product Details: Uses aims to be a single source of truth for AI across UT system hospitals, facilitating knowledge sharing and understanding business value, impact, and compliance of deployed AI, likely using an Azure/Fabric multi-tenant system.

Location & Travel: While Houston/Texas hubs are preferred, Toronto (Canada) is also a viable option. Travel is expected to be minimal (10-15%, monthly/bi-monthly) with a budget for expenses.

Healthcare technology – provider technology preferred. Software development component vs. infrastructure. Understand provider healthcare ecosystem. Understand basic EHR functions.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $85.00/hr.
