Occupational Therapist (OT) – School Setting
Start Date: January 5, 2026
Contract Length: 20 weeks (through end of school year)
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week (AM shift)
Setting: In-person only
Position Overview
The Occupational Therapist (OT) will be responsible for:
+ Performing student evaluations
+ Developing and implementing therapy services
+ Documenting services in accordance with individualized plans of care
You will work with students ranging from preschool to post-secondary, supporting mild to severe needs. A COTA will assist, but please note the caseload is approximately 70 students.
Minimum Requirements
+ Current CA Occupational Therapist license
+ At least 1 year of professional OT experience (school experience preferred)
+ Compliance with all professional standards of practice
+ Current CPR certification (if applicable)
+ TB questionnaire, PPD or chest X-ray (if applicable)
+ Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
+ Must be at least 18 years of age
Compensation
+ Local Pay: $75–$80/hour
+ Travel Package: $3,539/week gross
