    Travel Package: $2,560 weekly gross

     

    Schedule: 3×12s (Day or Night Shifts)

     

    Assignment Length: 13-week contract

    Position Summary

    The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) plays a key role within the behavioral-health team, providing comprehensive psychosocial support, crisis intervention, and evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals across the continuum of care. The LCSW collaborates closely with multidisciplinary partners to support assessment, treatment planning, patient advocacy, and the coordination of safe and effective care.

     

    The clinician applies trauma-informed practices to promote patient safety, emotional regulation, and long-term recovery. This position requires strong clinical judgment, advanced communication skills, and experience working within high-acuity psychiatric environments, including crisis stabilization units, inpatient psychiatry, or psychiatric emergency settings.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial and intake assessments, including risk evaluations and development of individualized treatment plans.

    + Provide crisis intervention, stabilization support, and safety planning for individuals in acute psychiatric or emotional distress.

    + Deliver counseling using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

    + Utilize trauma-informed care principles to support patient well-being and promote emotional safety throughout treatment.

    + Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, counselors, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate ongoing care and discharge planning.

    + Document assessments, interventions, and progress notes accurately in the electronic health record.

    + Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and quality-of-care discussions to support cohesive patient care delivery.

    Minimum Requirements

    + Master’s degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program (required).

    + Active, unrestricted LCSW license in the state of practice (required).

    + Minimum one year of recent social-work experience (behavioral-health preferred).

    + Current CPR certification (as applicable).

    + TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray per facility/state requirement.

    + Current health certificate in accordance with contract or regulatory standards.

    + Must meet all federal, state, and local employment and compliance requirements.

    + Must be at least 18 years of age.
