We are actively hiring Full-Time and On-Call Behavior Technicians to support K-12 students with special needs in school settings. This is a great opportunity to make a positive impact while working Monday through Friday during school hours!

What We Offer

+ Competitive Pay: $25–$28/hr (based on experience and location)

+ Schedule: 28-30 hours a week (hours vary between 7:30am-4pm)

Responsibilities

+ Provide 1:1 or small group support in classrooms

+ Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision

+ Use ABA strategies: Discrete Trial Training (DTT), Naturalistic Teaching, Reinforcement Techniques

+ Collect and document data accurately

+ Support students with homework, classwork, and behavior management

+ Address challenging behaviors professionally and according to training

+ Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and caregivers

+ Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA standards

Requirements

+ Minimum 1 year of ABA experience required

+ Ability to manage behaviors, including occasional aggressive behaviors

+ Flexibility for on-call positions (2–5 days/week)
