SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Peer Recovery Specialist who uses their own unique, life-altering experience to guide and support others in need of addiction recovery services. Peer Recovery Specialist works in conjunction with highly trained professionals and provides support from the perspective of someone who has first-hand experience.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

+ High School Diploma.

+ Minimum of one (1) year of related work experience.

+ PA Act 31 Child Abuse Training Certificate.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

+ Certified Recovery Specialist designation preferred.
