What You'll Do:

+ Provide day-to-day leadership and management for the designated TA recruitment team.

+ Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies tailored to business needs.

+ Foster a positive, engaging experience for both candidates and internal customers.

+ Provide executive level recruitment for Director and above level for the team.

+ Actively recruit for vacancies within your team, ensuring the right talent joins UPMC.

+ Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field and at least five years of recruitment experience, including two years of prior progressive leadership experience required. Master's degree preferred.

+ Prior healthcare recruitment experience strongly preferred.

+ Demonstrated ability to lead teams across functions. Demonstrated leadership skills. Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated interpersonal skills required. Proficient with recruitment related software, and database mining. The Manager, Recruitment will be measured for success against standards of: key recruitment metrics, quality control, people leadership and management, customer relationship management, candidate experience management, partnerships with human resources/recruitment colleagues, team and personal development.
