Job Description

We are searching for a dynamic Cloud Architect to join our team to help support and facilitate our growth and expansion of services.

Our Cloud Architect will play a key role in identifying business needs using both external factors (such as competitors) and internal factors (such as the company's IT landscape).

Will be required to strategize to manage legacy and cloud systems, replace obsolete software, define standards and integration patterns, and lead migrations to support business operations across each department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate technology strategy, organization, business applications, and infrastructure.

• Advise on enterprise architecture landscape, including technology, information, data, security, and integration

• Create solution blueprints and prototypes for intelligent automation across CCM workflows

• Guide the adoption of foundation and large language models to accelerate

• Establish best practices for the deployment, testing, monitoring, and governance of artificial intelligence solutions

• Work closely with development teams to ensure that AI systems are integrated securely and effectively within our technology stack

• Create target-state solution architectures and perform assessments and gap analysis needed to effectively implement them

• Provide hands-on development as required to achieve business objectives

Skills and Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software architecture or enterprise solution design

• Experience with greenfield work on new applications and migration of legacy platforms

• 4+ years of experience with AWS Cloud Platform including design, architecture, and engineering

• DevOps Experience - CI/CD Pipelines, Terraform, Cloud Formation

• Familiar with containerization solutions utilizing Kubernetes

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields

• AWS Solution Architect Professional Certification

• Experience in the CCM industry or with CCM platforms (Quadient, OpenText, Smart Communications)

• Experience in data architecture or ETL pipeline design

• .NET development background

• Hands-on experience with AWS services such as Bedrock, Glue, Lambda, and API Gateway.
