Support and enable the sales organization to deliver excellent execution of the market's sales strategy. Responsible for supporting the customer and channel teams to drive sales force effectiveness and productivity.

Sales Operations Systems roles focus on configuring, maintaining, and generating reports for a Sales Operations system including:

Processing information and maintaining records in the system.

Generating reports and conducting analyses on data.

Ensuring the accuracy of information entered into the system and testing new features of the system as they are implemented to verify accuracy of procedures.

Minimum 3 - 5 years professional experience.

Duties:

1. Maintain our Trade Promotion Management (TPM) system which we use to record, forecast, track, and manage claims for all customer trade expenditures.

2. Manage event approvals.

3. Lead systems and data trouble shooting.

4. Support key users with data entry and event maintenance. Manage system user access.

5. Maintain Power BI reporting connected to trade data flowing out of TPM system.

6. Manage reporting refreshes and data inputs. Lead Power BI trouble shooting.

7. Generate data extracts.

Position Requirements:

1. Systems experience, particularly finance or sales systems; experience with TPM systems would be a homerun.

2. Systems and data trouble shooting.

3. Some financial acumen and data analytics would also be helpful.

4. Power BI and Microsoft Excel.

5. Strong organization and professional communication skills.

6. Effective collaboration and teamwork.

7. Experience working for a blue-chip CPG / FCMG company.

8. Strategic revenue management (or revenue growth management).
