**Position Summary** : To provide clinical supervision and daily supervision of 822 OASAS clinic
Essential Accountabilities:
Administration
+ Oversee day to day clinic operations
+ Provide support and guidance to clinical staff members, support staff and interns
+ Conduct individual supervision with clinical team members on a weekly basis
+ Co Facilitate weekly clinical team meeting with program director
+ Provide crisis intervention and management of client crisis, assess for EMCS and potential hospitalizations/911 calls if needed
+ Review high risk clients and coordinate with Program Director and MD regarding care
+ Assist Program Director with auditing EHR to assure OASAS and agency guidelines are being met
+ Review client progress reports/letters to outside agencies
+ Review and co sign discharge plan, monthly reports to mandating sources and releases of information within HIPPA guidance
Operational
+ Assist program director with clinic discharge process and admissions
+ Assist Program Director assess clinical services to assure effectiveness and appropriate clinical services are being provided
+ Assist Program Director review referrals and scheduling intake assessments
Other Responsibilities
+ Participate in agency trainings and those mandated by OASAS
+ Provide direct care services by carrying caseload, perform intakes and facilitating groups
+ Other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
Position requires LCSW, LMHC, LMSW or CASAC with related Master’s degree. Candidate must have 3 years experience working in the field of substance abuse. Candidate must have knowledge of OASAS regulations.
