The Transfer Center staff assists in securing staff for absences, leaves, etc., adjusting schedules as required and is responsible for planning, organizing and scheduling workers to ensure that needs are fulfilled.     House Supervisor Details

    Essential Job Duties:

    + Assess and manage patient volume and workload for triage and placement.

    + Conduct inpatient rounds to identify available beds and alleviate overcrowding.

    + Collaborate with Critical Care Manager for critical care bed placement during shortages.

    + Promote staff adherence to admission and discharge criteria across care settings.

    + Facilitate effective communication, educate personnel, and provide support for crisis intervention and patient flow improvement.

    Qualifications:

    + B.S. Healthcare Related Field

    License/Certification:

    + BLS Certification
