$17.43 - $24.40

Responsibilities:
Maintains sports equipment and tracks usage. Ensures a safe and hygienic practice environment. Teaches sports skills to a variety of skill levels, working to provide a positive learning experience.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
+ Be present at the majority of practices throughout the academic year
+ Outline and schedule every practice, and share with team captains prior to practice time
+ Be in contact with team captains, be receptive to team requests, and be open to collaboration
+ Provide unique insight, and experience-based advice and strategies to help our team succeed
+ Extensive knowledge of drills, playing-styles, and general frisbee IQ
+ Ability to think fast, write-up plays, and provide quick feedback that accounts for all members of the team
+ Able to provide insightful feedback for players, and respect all players equally Required Skills/Qualifications:
+ Previous coaching experience
+ 3+ years experience playing ultimate frisbee
MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
+ High School diploma or equivalent and 1 year of relevant experience required
+ Or equivalent combination of education and experience
+ Previous coaching experience preferred
