The Director of Executive Recruitment will lead the strategy, execution, and management of executive-level talent acquisition for Novant Health. This experienced leader will partner closely with senior leadership to identify, attract, and hire top-tier executive talent who will drive our mission forward. The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, excels in relationship building, and has a proven track record of successfully placing executives in complex healthcare environments.

What We're Looking For

Education: 4 Year / Bachelor’s Degree, required. Business, HR or related field. Graduate Degree, preferred. Business, HR or related field.

Experience: 8 years Progressive talent acquisition experience, required. 3 years Executive Recruitment experience, required. Healthcare experience preferred.

Additional Skills Required:

+ Proven track record of successfully recruiting senior executives in complex, matrixed organizations.

+ Strong business acumen with the ability to align recruitment strategies with organizational priorities.

+ Data-driven approach with demonstrated success in leveraging analytics to inform decision-making.

+ Exceptional interpersonal skills; excels in relationship building and executive-level communication.

+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Has led teams of recruiters of 5 or more at an executive capacity.

+ Possesses executive presence and strong communication skills.

+ Has deep sourcing knowledge with an established network of healthcare executive contacts.

+ Someone who understands the healthcare environment.
