    Job Description:

    + The client is seeking a highly analytical and execution-oriented Strategy & Operations (S&O) Program Manager to support our Marketing AI Lab and Media Lab. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and executive decision-making, partnering closely with marketing, media, and leadership teams to translate experimentation data into clear investment and adoption recommendations.

    + You will act as a strategic thought partner—owning complex analyses, building structured evaluation frameworks, and shaping executive-ready narratives that influence how AI and media initiatives scale across the organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Analysis & Insights:

    + Lead deep-dive performance analyses across AI-driven marketing and media experiments.

    + Translate complex datasets into concise, high-impact strategic insights and recommendations.

    + Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to inform marketing investment decisions.

    Framework & Program Development:

    + Design and refine structured frameworks to evaluate emerging AI marketing tools and media pilots.

    + Ensure alignment between experimentation outcomes and broader business objectives.

    + Standardize measurement approaches to support repeatable decision-making.

    Program & Operational Execution:

    + Own end-to-end workstreams for lab initiatives, from planning through execution and readouts.

    + Apply an operator mindset to identify process gaps, unblock teams, and implement scalable solutions.

    + Manage timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations across multiple initiatives.

    Executive & Stakeholder Communication:

    + Synthesize quantitative findings into clear, executive-ready presentations.

    + Distill technical and analytical outputs into actionable, non-technical business implications.

    + Influence senior stakeholders on budget allocation, prioritization, and strategy.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + 2–4 years of experience in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Corporate Strategy, or Strategy & Operations roles in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.

    + Experience supporting executive-level decision-making with data-driven insights.

    Core Skills:

    + **Analytical Rigor:** Advanced proficiency in Excel / Sheets; strong data modeling and problem-solving skills.

    + **Structured Thinking:** Ability to break down ambiguous, open-ended problems into logical, actionable workstreams.

    + **Strategic Storytelling:** Proven ability to translate metrics and analysis into compelling narratives for senior leaders.

    + **Program Management:** Experience managing multiple high-priority initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders.

    Education:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
