Assembly Technicians needed!
**Location:** Norco CA
**Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
**Compensation:** $21.00 per hour
Contract through 2026, then ability to convert to fulltime with promotion.
Your Impact
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end assembly and refinement of prosthetic products. Your daily contributions will include:
+ **Technical Assembly:** Assemble prosthetic products using engineering drawings, schematics, and bills of materials.
+ **Carbon Fiber Finishing:** Buff and finish carbon parts and expertly glue rubber sheeting onto carbon components.
+ **Quality Assurance:** Verify all specifications by measuring completed components and identifying/reporting any defects.
+ **Equipment Mastery:** Safely operate drill presses, arbor presses, ovens, heat guns, custom fixtures, and various hand/power tools.
+ **Operational Support:** Document labor electronically for every job, maintain sub-assemblies, and ensure tools are clean (removing tape and resin).
+ **Problem Solving:** Collaborate with peers and supervisors to resolve assembly challenges quickly and effectively.
Minimum Qualifications
+ **Education:** High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
+ **Experience:** Proven experience in a technical assembly or manufacturing environment.
+ **Technical Skills:** Strong math and analytical skills with the ability to take precise measurements and use complex tools.
+ **Detail-Oriented:** A deep understanding of quality control principles and a high level of attention to detail.
+ **Safety & Independence:** Ability to work independently while strictly adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.
