    We are seeking a skilled Survey CAD Technician to join our dynamic team. This role involves drafting various types of surveys and processing field data using advanced technologies. You will collaborate with surveyors and project managers to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of survey projects.

    Responsibilities

    + Draft mortgage, boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS surveys, and easements.

    + Process field data from GPS and total stations.

    + Interpret field notes and legal descriptions.

    + Collaborate with surveyors and project managers.

    + Maintain drawing standards and file organization.

    Essential Skills

    + 2+ years of AutoCAD experience in land surveying.

    + Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.

    + Strong understanding of survey data and drafting standards.

    + Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Degree or certificate in CAD or surveying (preferred).

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eastpointe, MI.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
