Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description

This entry-level production position offers a unique opportunity to learn and be cross-trained in various roles within the production line. You will be working on your feet throughout the shift, focusing on producing custom filters with great attention to detail.

Responsibilities

+ Perform light assembly tasks.

+ Conduct quality checks on produced items.

+ Assemble boxes for packaging.

+ Utilize small hand tools for assembly and scraping tasks.

Essential Skills

+ Ability to perform assembly and production tasks.

+ Familiarity with hand tools and mechanical assembly.

+ Attention to detail and quality.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ General labor experience in manufacturing.

+ Experience with power tools.

Work Environment

The work environment is climate-controlled and maintained at a comfortable 72 degrees year-round. The facility is clean, and the work is not physically demanding, eliminating the need for steel-toed shoes. The dress code includes pants reaching the ankle, closed-toe shoes such as tennis shoes, and a T-shirt or long sleeve. Sweatshirts are permitted if strings are tucked in. Shifts include 2nd (2:30pm - 11pm) and 3rd (10:30pm - 6am), with potential weekend work. All positions will transition to the 2nd shift at the start of the year.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jeffersontown, KY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
