Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Per Diem

Morris View Healthcare Center, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on a per diem basis. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, supporting their physical, emotional, and social needs. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Assist with mobility and transfers, including use of assistive devices

• Monitor and report changes in resident's condition to licensed nurses

• Assist with medication administration and vital signs

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and satisfaction

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the State of New Jersey

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 0 years of experience required (new graduates welcome to apply!)
