Facilities Manager
Join Lincoln Tech as a Faciities Manager where you'll oversee campus operations, safety, and security across our educational facility Queens, NY. You'll lead maintenance operations, manage inventory , and implement security protocols that protect our students, faculty, and staff while maintaining an environment that supports learning and growth.
What You'll Do:
+ Responsible for oversight of equipment repair, preventive maintenance, and building systems operations
+ Manage campus inventory control systems and procurement processes
+ Implement security protocols and emergency evacuation procedures
+ Conduct quarterly safety inspections and ensure compliance with fire and building codes
+ Assist Campus President with budgetary planning and expense management
+ Oversee contractor work for electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
+ Monitor campus facilities to ensure optimal condition and functionality
What You Need:
+ 4+ years experience in facilities management and security,
+ Knowledge of inventory control and procurement processes
+ Understanding of fire codes and safety protocols
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facilities management software
+ Military or law enforcement background helpful
