Description:
Amergis Education Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide supervisory oversight to Behavior Technicians and deliver high-quality behavioral services to students in private school settings (K–12).
Responsibilities:
+ Conduct functional behavior and educational assessments
+ Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based strategies
+ Train families, caregivers, and school staff to implement effective techniques
+ Supervise and support Behavior Technicians, ensuring treatment integrity
+ Monitor progress and evaluate treatment effectiveness
+ Prepare written behavior interventions and support plans
+ Complete reports and documentation within established timeframes
Qualifications:
+ Current BCBA certification (BACB)
+ Preferred experience in school-based settings
+ Current CPR certification
+ Strong communication and collaboration skills
