Psych LVN / LPT – Mental Health Rehabilitation Center

Start Date: Late January | 13 week Contract with potential to convert to internal

We’re seeking a compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our Mental Health Rehabilitation Center in Ukiah, California. This role is ideal for a nurse with psychiatric or behavioral health experience who is committed to whole person care. You’ll provide direct nursing support, medication management, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to help residents living with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, homelessness, or chronic medical conditions access comprehensive support.

Position Highlights

+ Location: Ukiah, CA

+ Setting: Mental Health Rehabilitation Center

+ Start Window: Late January

+ Contract Length: 13 weeks - Potential for extension/conversion

+ Schedule: Full-time, 5x8s (days TBD)

+ Shift: AM, PM, or NOC (flexible availability)

+ Focus Areas: Medication management, substance use disorder treatment, care coordination

Required Qualifications

+ Valid CA LVN or LPT License

+ 1+ years of experience in psychiatric, behavioral health, or residential care preferred

+ BLS Certification (American Heart Association)

+ Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems
