    Start Date: ASAP – rolling start dates

     

    Shift: Day Shift (M–F), 40 hours/week -

    Schedule:

    + Full-time: Monday–Friday, day shift; occasional evenings/weekends as needed

    + Typical hours are 8a-430p

     

    Interview Process: Prefer in-person; virtual available if necessary

     

    Feedback Time: 24–48 hours

    • Alcohol and Drug Trainee (ADT) – MD Board ofProfessional Counselors and Therapists

    Job Responsibilities

    • Manage client caseload and complete requiredevaluations (intake, ASAM, biopsychosocial).

    • Develop and implement individualized treatmentplans; monitor progress and adjust as needed.

    • Provide individual and group counseling sessionsaligned with treatment goals.

    • Document all clinical services in EHR withinrequired timeframes.

    • Coordinate with community resources forcomprehensive care and assist with discharge planning.

    • Participate in reviews, recommend treatmentlengths, and ensure post-discharge follow-up per guidelines.
