    The Registered Nurse – NICU cares for newborn babies who are delivered pre-term or at-term newborns who experience complications at the time of birth. The Registered Nurse – NICU provides intensive around-the-clock care, including both medical needs and basic daily care activities.

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Current Registered Nurse license for the state in which the nurse practices

    + One year NICU experience required

    + NRP card per contract requirement

    + Current CPR if applicable

    + TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

    + Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

    + Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years of age

    Assignment Details:

    + Start Dates: 01/19 & 02/05

    + Shift: Nights, 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM (36 hours/week ONLY)

    + Trauma Level: III

    + Beds: 581

    + Charting System: Cerner

    + Weekly Pay: $3,157

    + Includes $1,680 taxable income + $1,477 stipends

    Requirements:

    + Active CA RN License

    + BLS & Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)

    + Minimum 1 year recent NICU experience

    + Prior travel experience preferred

    + Must live 150+ miles away

    + COVID vaccinated
