Studios Controllership VIAJP00001436 * Hourly pay: $40/hr * Worksite: Leading digital streaming network (Los Angeles, CA 90028 - Onsite) * W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL * 40 hours/week, 5 Month Assignment A leading digital streaming network seeks a Studios Controllership. The successful candidate will support our controllership ops here at the lot studio, ad hoc analysis, month-end reporting, flux explanations, communication with other divisions, monthly deliverables, and journal entries. Studios Controllership Responsibilities: * Preparation and Upload of Journal Entries - including, but not limited to: * Network Journal Entries - support the monthly close process by preparing and uploading journal entries in Oracle that affect Network Revenue / ensure proper revenue recognition, as well as other ad hoc entries as needed. * Studio Recurring Journals - Prepare and upload Studio and Kapital entries in Oracle. * Intercompany Balance Reconciliations * Assist with Cash Receipts / Accounts Receivable * Support Month End and Quarter End Close: Assist the Studio team to prepare the quarterly Critical Review deliverable to Internal Audit by organizing folders, journals, and preparing select tasks. Studios Controllership Qualifications: * 2-3+ years of experience. * Moderate skills in Excel vlookup, pivot tables, and formulas. * Journal Entries. * Oracle. * MS Office Suite. * Media/Entertainment experience is preferred but not required. Shift: * 9 am to 6 pm. #PP
