We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Morris View Healthcare Center in Morristown, New Jersey. Responsibilities:

+ Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

+ Provide basic care and support, including feeding, toileting, and mobility assistance

+ Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including their living spaces and common areas

+ Work effectively with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

+ Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure seamless care coordination

+ Participate in routine care assessments and report changes in resident condition to the nursing staff

Requirements:

+ Be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of New Jersey

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent

+ Minimum of 0 years of experience as a CNA, with a willingness to learn and grow with our team

+ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
