The Restaurants Consulting Team, within the broader Consumer Industries pillar of Customer Solutions for Industries provide integrated software solutions to Hotels, Restaurants, Sports & Entertainment & Cruise ships. Customers worldwide depend on Oracle Point of Sales (POS) and Restaurant solutions to meet their complex business requirements, control operations, and provide superior customer service.

**What will you do?** As Project Manager, working alongside one of our largest customers in North America, you will have dedicated responsibility for leading and managing an important enterprise project. The nature of this engagement means that although you will work directly for Oracle, mobilizing and managing the appropriate Oracle resources, you will be liaising and collaborating closely with the customer’s program and operational teams, to ensure successful deployment of Simphony across their estate. You will have the following key responsibilities:
• Defining, implementing, and managing a robust governance framework, with a regular cadence of both face to face and written executive level reporting (weekly and monthly)
• Developing and presenting project strategy and plans
• Identifying key actions and tasks, with robust weekly and monthly tasks and actions
• Managing and maintaining project(s) oversight of all Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies (RAID) for projects underway
• Ensuring robust accountability for all project financials
• Establishing a culture of high delivery standards
• Developing, maintaining, and managing robust resource plans
• Developing, maintaining, and managing a strong engagement with the customer’s program, operational and wider stakeholder
• Accountability for delivery success, measures and goals
• Management of project budgets
• You will be the face of Oracle – accountable and upholding and championing Oracle processes and methodologies
What skills do you need?
• 2+ years of relevant project management experience
• Proven track record of managing large complex projects preferably in **restaurant** technology/Point of Sale (POS) solutions
• Strong evidence of confident leadership
• Ability to interact at executive level both internally and with customers
• A strategic mind-set – maintain the long-term vision but also step into the tactical detail when required
• Highly organized, methodical, and logical in approach
• Customer centric in outlook and ethos
• Strong analytical and reporting skills – in order to be able to proactively, accurately ascertain project health/issues through hard and soft metrics
• Strong focus on risk and issues management and mitigations
• Experience working in a matrix environment, being a team player with the ability to think and work independently
• Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and influence skills
• Cope working under pressure whilst remaining professional, approachable, positive and focused
• Proactive – anticipating the customer needs and identifying and implementing solutions
• Ability to travel as required

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $70,600 to $141,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
