    Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am until 4:30pm overtime may be required depending on business news.

     

    Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour Depending on experience

     

    _Great Maintenance Coordinators are crucial to the US FOODS® team and one of the important faces of our organization. Our Maintenance Coordinators strives for integrity and reliability, while building trusting relationships with team members._

     

    + Well-organized with attention to detail

    + To do visual walk through throughout the facility complete applicable check sheets.

    + Inventory management experience

    + Or experience with Maintenance Management Systems

    + Support Operations and Maintenance with organization and filing of records according to Records Retention policy

    + Track inventory and order basic supplies or parts

    + Maintain file room (organize equipment files, maintain drawing files, print copies as needed for technical staff)

    + May assist in Document Control

     

    What you bring to the table

    Education/Training:

    + High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

    Related Experience/Requirements:

    + Minimum of 2 years’ clerical or other warehouse experience is required

    + Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook experience preferred.

    + Experience in food service distribution

    Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

    + Strong teamwork skills and the ability to be a resource to others in the department and the division.

    + Must be able to communicate clearly both in writing and verbally and have strong customer service ability with all levels inside and outside the organization

    + Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

    + Must be able to work on complex tasks and prioritize workload amid competing priorities

    WORK ENVIRONMENT

    Comfortable working in a multi-temperature indoor/outdoor environment ranging from -5 degrees to over 100 degrees required

    Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. The expected base rate for this role is between $23.00/hr - $30.00/hr.​
