    Job Description

    Day-To-Day:

    A client of Insight Global is looking for a Human Resources Manager to oversee key HR functions including recruiting and hiring, managing employee training and development programs, and handling disciplinary and investigation processes. This role will also support corporate HR operations such as benefits administration and workers’ compensation, while providing guidance for entry-level employees and collaborating with other departments as needed. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance, foster a positive workplace culture, and drive initiatives that support organizational growth. Pay = 55k

    Skills and Requirements

    Must Haves:

    • 2 years of experience as a human resources specialist:

    • Disciplinary and investigation processes

    • Managing training

    • Corporate HR processes, benefits, workers comp, etc.

    • Working with entry level employees

    • Valid drivers license & reliable vehicle

    Background and Drug screening Plusses:

    • Ideally 5 years of experience
