Position Description
As the Payroll New Hire Coordinator, you will be responsible for entering and auditing all new hires. You willbe responsible for reviewing and approving new hire forms and ensuring accuracy across the multiplesystems. Additionally, you will need to communicate with multiple departments outside of Payroll, ensuringevery new hire is onboarded successfully and meet scheduled deadlines. You will need to beknowledgeable of Payroll processes, and policies. Other duties include completing reports, and otherassigned projects accurately and in a timely manner, while maintaining confidentiality for thecompany and associates.
Training
Requirements
Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred~^~Strong knowledge of MS Office~^~Must be self-motivated, organized and have strong attention to detail~^~Customer service focused with excellent communication skills~^~Knowledge of payroll and\/or other HR functions and processes preferred
