The Opportunity
**PDS Tech Commercial** is seeking a **Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist** to partner with a leader in the aerospace industry. This role is critical to advancing operational excellence through smart, forward-looking procurement strategies that deliver measurable value across cost optimization, supplier performance, and supply chain continuity.
As a strategic contributor, you will influence sourcing decisions that support long-term business objectives while strengthening supplier partnerships in a complex, high-performance environment.
Your Impact
In this role, you will play a key part in shaping sourcing strategy and execution by collaborating with cross-functional teams, leading supplier initiatives, and driving continuous improvement across procurement practices. Your work will directly support business resilience, efficiency, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
+ Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans aligned with business goals and operational priorities
+ Partner with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure sourcing strategies meet business needs
+ Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers; lead contract negotiations and manage ongoing supplier relationships
+ Drive process improvements to increase procurement efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability
+ Monitor market conditions, supplier performance, and industry trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risk
+ Support cost-savings initiatives while maintaining quality, delivery, and compliance standards
Required Qualifications
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or Finance
+ Proven success delivering cost savings and improving supplier performance
+ Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
+ Demonstrated proficiency in negotiation and contract management
Preferred Qualifications
+ Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
+ Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial operations
+ Knowledge of procurement best practices and supplier development
+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
+ Ability to influence, collaborate, and lead across cross-functional teams

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). **Pay Details:** $45.00 to $63.00 per hour
