Job Summary
The Specialist, Prospect IMC role will be part of the Xfinity Marketing Communications team and will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of advertising campaigns for Xfinity residential services with the objective of driving growth in new subscribers. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Prospect IMC, this position will support the implementation of a wide variety of creative executions that reflect the Xfinity brand strategy and support business goals – including, but not limited to: broadcast and connected TV, online video, online and broadcast radio, digital display, and print advertising and collateral.
Candidate must possess strong accountability and resolution, excellent planning and organizational skills, ability to problem solve and collaborate across a wide variety of stakeholders, strong creative intuition, and should thrive in a fast-paced environment. Candidate should also demonstrate an understanding of strategic marketing communications and brand-centric creative requirements to ensure high-performing and on-brand creative output, and consistent campaign integration across all integrated marketing tactics.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
+ Coordinates the development of marketing communication materials including TV and radio advertising, digital display banners, and print advertising.
+ Maintains the company's brand identity standards and ensures ongoing brand awareness and consistency in all creative materials.
+ Works with internal resources to determine best targeting practices for various advertising tactics.
+ Oversees marketing library which includes marketing plans, collateral, creatives and promotional materials.
+ Oversees work of outside vendors to assure timely and accurate project completion.
+ Assists in the development and implementation of Integrated Marketing Communications plans and presentations.
+ Partner closely with Media Execution Team to ensure tactical needs are delivered on a timely basis.
+ Monitor budget for campaigns.
+ Coordinates multiple priorities while meeting simultaneous deadlines.
+ Follows through to ensure that deadlines are met and deliverables meet specifications.
+ Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
+ Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
+ Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:
+ Excellent interpersonal, presentation and written communication skills.
+ Passionate about effective and performance driven marketing
+ Must be responsive, extremely organized and possess the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize accordingly to meet all deadlines.
+ Must be a strategic thinker and have the ability to link day-to-day tasks with the larger business goals.

+ Education Level – Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
+ Field of Study – Business, Marketing, Advertising, Marketing Communications
+ Years Experience – Generally requires 1-3 years related experience, advertising agency experience a plus
