Compensation & Incentives

+ **Total compensation up to $82,000–$103,000 annually** _(Includes base salary + performance incentives, based on caseload and structure selected)_

+ **Sign-On Bonus: Up to $7,000**

+ **Student Loan Repayment: Up to $5,000**

+ **Paid weekly**

What You’ll Do

+ Conduct **Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)** and skill-based assessments

+ Develop, implement, and oversee **individualized treatment plans**

+ Provide **ongoing supervision and mentorship** to Registered Behavior Technicians™ (RBT™)

+ Lead **group supervision and training sessions**

+ Ensure compliance with **BACB® ethical and professional standards**

+ Build strong, collaborative relationships with clients, families, and team members

What You’ll Need

+ **BCBA® certification** in good standing with the BACB®

+ **New Jersey Behavior Analyst license** (active or in process prior to start date)

+ Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis with strong professional references

+ Excellent communication, organizational, and technology skills

+ Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team

+ Commitment to ongoing professional growth
