**Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has** an exciting opportunity on its **Space, Intelligence and Weapons Systems (SIWS) Strategy** team for a **Senior Strategy Analyst for our Intelligence and Space Exploration businesses** ! In this role you will develop and deliver strategic analysis that informs business strategy, investment decisions, capture planning, and senior leadership decision-making. This position will be based in Arlington, VA.

Position Responsibilities:

+ Monitor and synthesize trends across technology, investments, threat, competitors and customers to identify strategic opportunities and risks

+ Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Program Management, Engineering, Business Development, Finance) to develop investment plans and business cases

+ Ability to understand the bigger strategic picture, while also being able to deep-dive into the key strategic and tactical issues of the businesses

+ Create concise, executive-level briefings and written deliverables that clearly present conclusions and actionable recommendations for senior leaders

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

**This position requires an active U.S. Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required).** (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):

+ Bachelor's degree or higher

+ Minimum of 5 years of experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing data, summarizing findings, developing conclusions and recommendations

+ 5 years of experience creating executive level presentations using Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point and Excel)

+ Knowledge of National Air and Space Administration (NASA) programs, plans and procurement environment

+ Familiarity with Intelligence Community customers and acquisition processes

+ Experience with cross-functional projects

+ Experience in strategy, corporate development, or market analysis role or related experience

+ Experience presenting work products to executives, senior leadership, or external customers

+ Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior business and functional leaders

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

+ Level 5: 7+ years of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

+ Experience in developing and analyzing complex business case and cost models

+ Familiarity with Space Launch market and customers

+ Experience with systems engineering, operations analysis, and/or threat analysis

Relocation:

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility. Note: Basic relocation may be offered for eligible internal candidates.

Travel:

This position may require travel up to 25%

Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Pay range:

**Level 4:** $122,400 - $165,600

**Level 5:** $168,300 - $205,700
