What You'll Do:

+ Assist with access control procedures, verifying credentials and authorizations for entry to designated areas within the automotive facility.

+ Provide customer service by following site-specific policies, protocols, and security-related procedures.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations on site in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating as appropriate.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.

+ Monitor and report any irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.

+ Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to support a secure environment.

+ Participate in emergency response activities as required by site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

+ A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.

+ Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.

+ CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ A guard card or license is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
