Basic Job Functions:

The Ladle Wall Operator is responsible for safe and efficient performance at the ladle wall at all times. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

+ Management of all ladle refractory

+ Coordination with LMF team, Ladle Cranes, EAF team, and Caster team on in-service ladles

+ Coordination with Bricking team on ladles

+ Ensuring ladles are in good, safe working order for use in shop

+ Review and mastery all refractory procedures

+ Maintenance responsibilities of the refractory area

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Previous Ladle Refractory experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Proven track record as a team player

+ Mobile equipment experience
