Responsibilities for a Customer Service Representative include but are not limited to:
+ Assist customers, business partners, and drivers via telephone and email to resolve problems and process order changes or cancellations.
+ Handle customer complaints in a professional manner and diagnose issues to ensure outstanding service delivery.
+ Monitor progress of delivery routes and perform administrative tasks such as scanning haul-away pods and verifying stamps.
Candidates for Customer Service Representative must meet the following requirements to be considered:
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
+ Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure while maintaining exceptional organizational skills.
+ High school diploma or 1 year of related experience, preferably within a call center environment.

**Pay Details:** $17.00 per hour
