The Field Strategy & Operations team seeks a temporary resource to support the team during a team members’ leave of absence. This team members will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Genesis Field Strategy & Operations team, ensuring smooth coordination of field initiatives, presentations special projects, and day-to-day activities.

Our ideal candidate for this **Field Strategy & Operations Associate** must have/must be able to:

• Team Coordination: Assist the Genesis Field Strategy and Operations leadership with meeting support

• Document & Reporting Support: Prepare presentations, reports, and data summaries for field strategy and operations projects and leadership reviews.

• Communication Management: Act as a liaison between the Genesis Field Strategy team and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely responses and accurate information flow.

• Project Assistance: Support special projects related to field operations, dealer engagement, and strategic initiatives.

• Comfortable with data gathering and providing analytical support

• Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain compliance with company policies.

Education/Certification Requirements:

+ High School Diploma or GED

+ Associate’s or Bachelors preferred

Experience requirements for this **Field Strategy & Operations Associate:**

+ **2+ years in administrative or office support roles; experience in automotive or field operations a plus**

+ Understanding of automotive industry (OEM & Retail) processes preferred

+ Experience developing presentations, analysis and communicating business strategies and plans.

+ Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in creating and delivering presentations and related materials

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, while working collaboratively within a team environment

+ Strong Project Management Skills with attention to detail

+ Experience with Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel

**Pay Details:** $25.01 per hour
