Adecco is hiring immediately for a Packaging Assistant with a local client in Cary, NC! Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

+ **Contract Type:** Temporary

+ **Pay:** $15.50 per hour

+ **Shift/Hours:** Day Shift, Rotational Schedule – 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Essential Duties:

+ Assist the packaging team in producing high-quality products, following established procedures under regular supervision.

+ Perform hand collating, final assembly, and kit building as directed by the line lead.

+ Place materials in correct sequences and ensure quality standards are met.

+ Handle completed products, pack materials on pallets or cartons, and inspect for defects.

+ Operate basic auxiliary equipment (e.g., shrink wrapper, cartoners) under supervision.

+ Stage jobs for upcoming production runs and load materials onto the line.

+ Accurately post time and material usage in the MIS system.

+ Follow all safety, housekeeping, and company policies.

At a minimum, you’ll need:

+ High School diploma or equivalent.

+ Ability to push, pull, lift up to 60 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs frequently.

+ Ability to stand for long periods during shift.

+ Basic math skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

+ Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a team environment.

**Pay Details:** $15.50 per hour
